Short and basic, would have given it 3/5 for being so basic and short but still enjoyable. This deserves 4/5 though and for one very good reason: quality of life features. The dev took the time to realize what elements might become tedious, and made upgrades that combatted that suffering. Getting annoyed over dragging wolves? You have a ram upgrade that kicks them straight to the dragon. Getting annoyed dragging the sheep? They bounce off their pen pile once you reach max number of wandering sheep. Health upgrades are done automatically once you get the upgrade, and the princesses maximize some of these with their perks. It's cute, simple, and while not as epic as I'd want it to be and the scale of combat was gravely cut short by the length of the game not giving space for escalation, the fact that the dev took the time to not make it a straight repetitive linear upgrade game is great and the creativity how it's done is commendable. 4/5, for the spirit of the thing.
