Since the submit a bug report link isn't working....

After Kubul is assassinated, my estimate for food on the map is always 0 even though my character eats during travel. I tried closing the browser and reloading the game but it didn't fix it. If it helps, I had my food rations set lower after leaving Drekar camp, went to Lintu and got the message that he was killed just before I arrived and changed the food rations back to 100% while there.

Before this game instance, I had played up to the Mikaze rebellion. I hit a glitch there where the Mikaze rebels would all travel South indefinitely, preventing me from finishing that mission no matter how many police groups I killed and I tried to exit the game and restart from that save point many times. I think I accidentally clicked back into the town during the fighting - not sure if that caused the rebels to head South when I left town to rejoin the fight. (edit: I loaded this game instance to check the expanded map and the Mikaze rebels behaved properly this time. They stuck around to fight the police and I was able to finish the mission. I don't know if this was already fixed or if me saving another game instance somehow fixed it.)

A suggestion: give a warning before the large group of people join your caravan to populate the Winchester Clan's town to establish a cannabis plantation. I was lucky that I happened to have enough money on hand and spent a LOT buying livestock, carts, containers, food, water, etc to get them there. If there was a way to leave them in town until my caravan could handle them, I missed it.

Unarmed caravans bug is fixed. I know about the bug report and loading problems, but I'm not going to fix them because this loader will soon be removed anyway.

@LuisG: Do you have a save at the time of the Federation attack? If you do, please send it to me. I'll give you my email in the PM.

The first thing probably happens because your animals produce more food than your people use. You can see more details about your consumption and production at the Overview screen of the Caravan Menu.

The second bug was supposed to be fixed in the last update that was uploaded on Sunday.

I'll see what I can do about the warning.

I want to follow up on LuisG's comment about the fight between Qubba and The Federation:

After getting the Liberation Army to come and aid the Qubba government for war, the Qubba Army units apparently take a defensive stand whilst the Liberation Army charges for Ausz. Surprisingly, Ausz does not spawn any Federation Units to attack, allowing the Liberation Army to "liberate" the capitol. I believe this is a major glitch that should be fixed - How else would I get the awesome military transport vehicles (Alpha-Mini-Whatevers)?

Another thing quite minor is with Kukul in Lintu Camp withdrawing services after Narizians take refuge in the camp. Is it intentional?

Bumping other questions, like Federation and Qubba towns (namely those farthest away from their respective capitols) lacking many industries. It is made even insulting to have most of them provide available industries (namely, those involving textiles, yarn, and insects/Jerboa) open to towns that cannot possibly support such industries. It makes many of those places wasteful to visit.

May I also ask to introduce newer industries and to make the Narizian settlement an actual town? I want to introduce the Chunk Nariz worshipers the power of growing carrots and potatoes.

... and what is with the new quest in Orth about Billy? Is it new? Why does it teleport me to Orth every time I load my game? Every. Single. Game (as of my current save slot in Qubba or elsewhere).

[Edit] Too many questions:

Why does the Federation Police begin attacking Travelers once the player initiates war against the Federation?

Even more perplexing... Where do some of the Travelers come from? I see Travelers come from the North side of Araten and from the East of Drushlak. Any benefits from even befriending/attacking them? Ditto with Caravans and other factions.

I'm fixing the Orth bug right now. It'll be online in 10-15 minutes. Can anybody send me a save file where The Federation Army is not defending Ausz when it should?

I still want answers to the importance of Travelers - Would becoming enemies with them cause any problems with other factions? Where do some of them spawn from? Would they be able to help Qubba attack the Federation?

I finished the story twice. Once helping Qubba and the other exploding Qubba. What do I do now? Is there anything else interesting? I'm investing on industries and attacking caravans now to have fun.

I noticed this little bug.
I finished the game with the Qubba side. After that you get all these small missions like rescuing a kidnapped man or escorting a criminal from A to B.
If you have the "interact with friendly caravans" turned off, enemies will circle around you but not attack.
Only is turned on they will attack

There would probably be a lot of problems with letting the Main Character study at schools - Why would we let time instantly pass like that? Units in the desert have to be teleported and accounted for. What would happen to your mercenaries and animals if you're not there to buy more rations/supplies?

Your Character doesn't believe in School.

Small Problem:

When defeating the Federation and then returning to the President of Qubba after knowing of the Bunker's population's whereabouts, the dialogue prevents the player from not asking for the population to stay in Qubba.

ok U would absolutely love for this games autosave feature to have more options such as autosave as u enter a city if you could do that I would be very grateful.

Game as it is 3.5/5 Its good but like you said you need to still work on stuff. such as the story mode adding more would be awesome as well. also maybe you could raid cities? that would be crazier but now lets just keep it as a thought. thanks

Is this bug or not? Im in Battle, main character wounded 17 bleeding points, Spencer rice uses Basic Medical kit, in little window says 12 bleeding points less, when i use it , only 5 bleeeding points less..why ?. I think is the same with all units.

ok I have a major problem with how when you cant pay the person their weekly they dont carry the stuff the were carrying so you become encumbered until either you lose all the food/water you have or just die? can someone please fix this so it doesnt kill off ppl just like that

kill bandits, if you let them go when finish battle, and then fight again and let them go...this way you win 1 point every time with ozbet.

Now I freed slaves and STILL cannot do the Kevin quest even though I did nothing badly in game, helped everyone, etc.

You know, it could be set up with a 'wait' function which automatically processes things, provided you can buy water and forage at your town of residence.

Because sometimes it's a pain in the ass waiting for that one cow to start giving milk.

I mean, you could simply randomly generate the desert units afterwards. I imagine the caravans run on a internal clock and stuff when you're away.

I've been getting that same problem in Hard Mode.

It (the problem) may be a flaw, but it could also be based off of any character's skill in First Aid or Doctor Skill.

Hey, I just had a idea--randomly generated bandit bases that you can either scout for(with a little more spottability than the tree) or let bandits go and follow them, stealthy-like…or maybe even add interrogation?

hey , i'm at jarnubi region and i'm doing workforce merchants
i'm at the 4th / final mission where i was told to kill ozbet defender patrol , but i never saw any ozbet defender patrol even once in the ozbet region , i already do this a lot of times go to ozbet and back to other city to restock (because my relation with ozbet -28 and i cant go inside the city).
i'm stuck now because i couldn't find any ozbet defender patrol , is it a bug or i have to do something first please tell me if anyone can help. thanks

Suggestion:

Perhaps it would be nice to know which Fraction some defeated enemies belong to? Some of the best mercenaries in the game (i.e: Boryokudan, Shinobi Pillagers, Cosca Syndicate, etc.) do not really have a set Fraction in which they hail from.

You do not want to accidentally dismiss a mercenary because you lack sufficient cash for their salary and end up having them belong to The Brethren of the Sands with -50 Reputation, no?

Binoculars and other skill tools are automatically used.

Scopes are one of the best things in the game IMHO.

If I toss my best guy a Scope on a Mosin, he can get 100% accuracy on a headshot almost halfway across the map.

The best things in the game are rocket launchers when you don't want their transport(read:always unless you are attacking caravans or you want sand gliders from pirates) and machine guns when you're fighting over 10 guys and they invariably clump up.

I recently stumbeled upon Caravaneer 1 and am really impressed by the improvements in this 2nd version.
The one thing really annoying me is, you can't (easily/always) buy/sell fractions of stuff. Eg. you have 2.8kg meat and want to sell 0.6kg... you can't. Would you be able to add a +0.1 and -0.1 button to the calculator and add an option in the settings to pop up the calculator for any amount above 0.1 kg?
I guess it's not important when you've played a while, but as I'm currently wondering how to get to Arate without starving my people (I would have to leave all weapons and eqipment home and take supplies only to have enough for that trip), it's really frustrating.

How many ppl are you thinking of? I've been trying to look for some, but there's rarely someone available and I haven't seen anybody with a carrying capacity of more than 27kg which is my groups avarage and therefor not helping with the "how many days worth of rations can I carry?"

I've been using the min. button a lot when buying things, it's kinda anoying and it doesn't work if there's no more then 3kg total available 'cause the calculator doesn't pop up at all.

Still cant find the Drekar Gold. Just killed Regin camp bandits, then returned to Pullid Camp. No options appear to reveal the Warehouse. I have >20+ reputation with both apis and lois, and +187 w/ Pullid camp!

I have 1 new dialogue from Lois, who then tells me about the warehouse but I never get the location of the warehouse. I have low int (3), does it matter?

I can ask Apis if he knew about the gold. He doesnt. The other appears if I talk to Lois and she say something about the warehouse. Then Apis says about the tunnel and cement, and there is no dialogue options, only one everytime!

i'd like to report a minor glitch
passenger menu dissapears if you click the filter on both vehicles and animals i.e. it goes to the sate when you have neither, so you cannot access or assign passengers.
its repeatable, however it resets if you save and load, so not game breaking

I think I found a bug, when I defeated Regin's Gang at their camp, my reputation for the Ozbet Government faction went from +2 to -144. After that I tried many ways to improve the rep back to positive, managed to get it to -138 after fighting 1 group of bandits, after that when fighting the bandits or any enemy of the Ozbet Government faction it won't increase to the positive anymore. Do I have to defeat the enemies within a certain area of the Ozbet Government Faction or am I totally screwed?

Following the Qubba/Liberation Army Side, No slaves bought/traded/sold since start of game, have not smuggled anything since the drop in reputation.

Edit: Major issue for me now, attacking any enemy of the Ozbet Government Faction or any enemy of any faction in particular causes it to decrease (-rep) for the Ozbet Government. I cannot do anything to +rep with the Ozbet Government, which is blocking my main story line.

I encountered a Bug that broke my heart and made me register here. Playing at the Qubba side. In the war with Federation I defeated all 5 of their military troops but was not suggested to loot Alpha UMI even once. It was really important for me as I went to this battle on a completely animal caravan and expected this to be a biggest upgrade during the whole game. Final reward...

At first I thought that those might be given to a player as a reward of some sort after complete victory over Federation. So I kept fighting and defeated all of the troops, then freed and delivered my people to Qubba... nothing happened. But I'm a persistent one... some previous bugs taught me to be so... I thought that a problem may result from a huge number of animals and carts in my caravan. I have 34 horse drawn medium carts (all looted from Mad Dogs). So I loaded my save before the first battle and abandoned 22 of them before the battle started. I won this first battle with Federation one more time... and again... nothing!!

I want my UMI's... badly. I deserved them. Is it possible to fix the save file by adding them somehow?
Such a great game and such a huge letdown after all.

Hey, if a horse dies in front of a tree (meaning you can see the horse's body between the branches), the graphic glitches, showing the horse dead from one angle (through the branches) and alive from another. BTW, amazing game, dev is my hero :-D
